Warrior I vs II comparison - who skips leg day?

Warrior I and II might look similar at first glance, but they prioritize different muscles. To get a full leg / hip work out... there's no other choice but to practice both!! The two also helps you prepare for warrior III. Like you needed another reason to not skip leg day anyways


Given that Warrior I focuses more on the hip extension, it can arguably prepare you better for backbends than Warrior II. On the other hand, Warrior II focuses on the hamstrings and external rotation, so it can prepare you better for balancing poses such as figure 4

2/ internal rotation + adduction vs external rotation + abduction
