half moon - triangle's love affair

I don't particularly like reality TV shows, but I would love to know if warrior I or warrior II had an affair with triangle to make half moon (Ardha Chandrasana). A part of me think's it might be warrior II b/c of the hip opener, but a part of me thinks it's warrior I b/c half moon is pretty aggro and harder to balance, but that's just me.
if anyone is in on the tea - let me know. i'll bring popcorn
If you had to prioritize which alignment to work on, focus on the hip opening, chest, then the standing leg. there are so many other balancing poses. if you lose out of the opening of the front side of the body, you're getting out of the main benefits of the pose
💡 Priorities:
1/ hamstring length + strength
2/ hip opening + extension in back leg + flexion in the standing leg
3/ obliques / side bend
4/ chest opening
🌱 Poses / drills:
1/ warrior I, II III. they're all related so why not
2/ hip airplanes to help w/ muscle memory
3/ modified on knee
4/ block!! get that muscle memory set in stone!
