a/b testing - yogi, DS or PM? - breakdown poses w/modifications & variations


every time you choose a modification / variation - you're changing an element of the base pose.


Thus - if you consider your body as a a/b testing machine - you're collecting all the data you need to compare the "control" (base pose) to the "treatment" (mod / var). In sum - you're basically on your way to becoming a data scientist or PM 🌝


Every pose is a mix of the three main mobility actions to varying degrees. Depending on what your body needs and your goal poses, you can stack rank which mobility area you want to focus on!


💡 Transformative tips:

1/ figure out the main priorities of your destination or base pose(s)

2/ select modifications / variations that you are able to do / mostly do and work on the alignment. take deep ujjayi breaths to feel the poses

3/ assess which area you are tight in / where you need to make space in order to get into the proper alignment

4/ stack rank your mobility needs depending on each pose or a set of poses you want to achieve
